This can lower one’s self-esteem, and it make hard for an acne sufferer to face every one with confidence, this can be very miserable for them. All you need to do is to drink tea daily, and it is significantly reduce the occurrence of acne on your face. The antioxidants that found in tea, especially in the kind of tea that has citrus substance, like lemon tea. This can help flush away your body harmful toxins and get rid out the occurrence and formation of acne on your face.

Another way to get rid acne is through having a proper diet. Always remember that anything fatty, sugary and processed foods are needed to be avoided, in order to eliminate acne.

Acne is related to stress, eliminating the causes of stress in your life, can reduce the formation of this skin disease.
